Join Distillius, a Singapore craft distillery, as a Distillery Assistant (Bottling & Production).
This is a hands-on role focused on running our semi-automated bottling line, with the opportunity to support our planned move to an automated line in 2027.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Set up, operate and clean the semi-automated bottling line.
• Carry out bottling, capping, labelling and packing.
• Check fill levels, seals, labels and finished bottles for quality and consistency.
• Keep accurate production records and promptly report equipment or quality issues.
• Maintain a clean, organised workspace and follow food hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
• Help with general distillery and production duties.
• Support the transition to our automated bottling line in 2027.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Brewery, beverage bottling or similar production experience preferred.
• Fluent English to understand safety instructions, communicate with the team and complete production records.
• Basic food hygiene knowledge.
• Comfortable handling and working around alcohol every day.
• Reliable, practical and attentive to detail.
• Comfortable with hands-on production work and willing to learn.
