Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily sweeping, mopping, and cleaning of parking surfaces, ramps, and walkways
- Remove litter, debris, and abandoned items from parking bays and common areas
- Clean and clear drains, sumps, and grease traps to prevent blockages and odours
- Treat and remove oil stains, tyre marks, and chemical spills using appropriate cleaning agents
- Empty rubbish bins and ensure proper waste segregation and disposal
- Clean signage, mirrors, bollards, and other fixtures within the carpark premises
- Report any maintenance defects, safety hazards, or security concerns to supervisors
Key Requirements
- Able to perform carpark cleaning duties
- Able to work from Mon - Sat, 8am - 6pm
