About the role
A Composite Technician role involving the performance and supervision of composite manufacturing and repair processes.
Key responsibilities
- Perform and supervise vacuum bagging
- Perform and supervise metal to metal bonding
- Perform and supervise wet and dry lay-up of composite materials
- Perform and supervise honeycomb machining
- Perform basic assembly work
- Operate curing oven
- Use heat con for local bonding process
- Schedule repair process to meet job delivery
- Perform basic troubleshooting in composite work
- Clear Work Package upon job completion
About you
- Able to work independently
- Able to perform basic troubleshooting in composite work
- Able to read simple blue prints, routing and repair sketches
- Able to schedule repair process to meet job delivery
- Ensure work is carried out according to Repair Schemes / Routing
- Ensure high quality of work output
- Ensure a safe environment with 5S on workshop
- Good work attitude and a team player
- Demonstrate good personal responsibility
