Job Description
- Assist customers with choosing suitable car rental plans via walk-ins and phone enquiries.
- Recommend add-on services such as insurance and protection plans.
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-ups.
- Handle enquiries and resolve customer concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Service-oriented with a sales mindset.
Other Information
- Tampines
- Mon - Fri (10am - 7pm)
- $14/hr (monthly pay out) + Up tp $3k comms)
