Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Plan and arrange manpower, work assignments and production schedules.
- Monitor production progress to ensure orders are completed on time.
- Ensure product quality meets company and customer requirements.
- Supervise production operators and provide guidance and training.
- Monitor machine operations, productivity and material usage.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, housekeeping and company procedures.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with management, warehouse and office staff on production requirements.
- Prepare and maintain production records and reports.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in corrugated packaging, printing or die-cutting will be an advantage.
- Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage production manpower and work under pressure.
- Responsible, hands-on and able to work independently.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication, leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with production workers and management.
