We represent well-known business and corporate brands at retail locations across Singapore. As the face of the brand, you will help customers understand its products and services and find the option that suits them best.
If you have worked in retail, F&B or customer service, you already have a head start. If you have not, we will train you on everything you need. 🎓
💼 What You Will Be Doing
- Engage with walk-in customers and introduce our client’s products and services
- Understand each customer’s needs and recommend suitable options
- Assist customers with sign-ups from start to finish
- Share relevant upgrades and add-ons where they genuinely add value
- Work towards daily and weekly targets together with your team
🙋 Who We Are Looking For
- Experience in retail, F&B or customer service is an advantage, but not required
- Confident, friendly and comfortable speaking with people
- Available to work full-time on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays
- Looking for a long-term role with room to grow
