HEY YOU 🫵🏻 Yes, you right there.

You might have wondered why every opportunity seems to require "experience".

Don't panic.
Forget about needing to create a fancy resume.

Welcome to Catalyst Marketing Solutions — where a little something gets things moving.

📌 Catalyst | noun [ C ] | / ka·tuh·list /

We're a sales and marketing team supporting non-profit organisations through face-to-face community outreach.
We believe the right conversation can spark awareness, build understanding and inspire people to make a difference.

➡️ Here’s the idea: we’re not asking to save the entire world before lunch.
We believe change starts when someone is willing to have a conversation. This is something AI can never do.

What Is It Gonna Be?

🧡 Be the Voice: Represent charity initiatives and communicate their impact to the public.

🧡 Make It Personal: Turn everyday conversations into genuine connections with the community.

🧡 Level Up: Build communication and leadership skills while working alongside people who care about the same things you do.

What Are We Looking For?

❤️ Empathy: You care about what happens to other people.

⚡ Initiative: You don't need to be the most experienced person in the room to take the first step.

🗣️ Communication: You're willing to learn how to connect with different people.

🔥 Drive: You may stumble, but you're willing to get back up.

Here's our take:
Your next chapter doesn't need to be perfectly planned. It just needs a starting point.
You can't gain experience without someone giving you the opportunity to begin.

We're not promising that every day will be easy. Face-to-face outreach takes effort, communication and resilience. But if you're willing to learn and ready to challenge yourself, this could be a meaningful place to start.

Because behind every application is a person with a story, a set of strengths and room to grow. We'd like to get to know yours.
