Responsibilities:
▪️ Ushering duties
▪️ Use of technologies to engage with visitors
▪️ Provide customer
service to visitors
▪️ Manage ticketing
process via system
▪️ Ensure artwork
safety
▪️ Adhered to gallery
etiquettes at all times
▪️ Maintain cleanliness
and functionality
▪️ Any other ad-hoc
duties assigned by supervisory team
📍 Nearest MRT: City Hall
🕙 Working Hours:
🌕 9.30AM - 7.30PM
💰 Hourly Rate:
Mon - Fri: $10.50/hour
Sat - Sun: $11/hour
📋Requirements:
💥 Able to commit more than 6 months
💥 Must be able to work on 3 - 4 days a week, inclusive of weekends/PH
💥 Double Weekenders are welcome!
💥 Able to stand and walk long hours
💥 Service-oriented and customer centricity
💥 Good communication and interpersonal skills
💥 Able to remain calm in stressful situation
💥 Self-motivated and good teamwork
💥 Working
experience in tourism / art institutions / customer service is a plus point
