Location: Bukit Panjang
Mon - Fri (7am - 4pm/8am - 5pm)
Up to $2.8k
Responsibilities
- Conduct investigations on student discipline cases and prepare incident reports.
- Gather evidence, interview students/witnesses, and maintain case records.
- Supervise detention, suspension, and restorative discipline activities.
- Patrol school premises to maintain discipline, safety, and order.
- Monitor student behaviour and report disciplinary concerns.
- Engage and mentor students to promote positive behaviour and accountability.
- Support conflict prevention, de-escalation, and student well-being.
- Work closely with teachers and school teams to follow up on discipline cases.
Requirements
- Prior experience in youth work, education, counseling, social services, student welfare or behavioural support
