People & Operations Lead (F&B / Multi-Outlet)
S$5,000–5,500 per month | Full Time | Yishun
People Connects is recruiting for a multi-outlet F&B business. This hands-on role combines frontline recruitment, HR administration and workforce coordination. You will report to the founders and work alongside the Business Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
- Monitor outlet manpower needs and coordinate staffing with operations.
- Manage frontline recruitment, interview coordination, reference checks and onboarding.
- Handle contracts, probation, renewals, staff records and exits.
- Coordinate rosters, leave, payroll and MOM/IRAS documentation.
- Support performance and disciplinary processes and maintain HR trackers, templates and SOPs.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Business, HR, Operations or a related field.
- 2–4 years’ people or operations experience in F&B, retail or hospitality.
- Understanding of Singapore employment basics.
- Organised, independent and discreet when handling people matters.
Working arrangements
Monday to Friday. Some responses outside normal hours may be needed when emergency leave or medical leave affects staffing. Frequent outlet visits are expected; this is not a fixed outlet-reporting role.
