Job Description:-
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations and deployment across assigned centres
- Supervise on‑site teams to ensure service quality, safety, and SOP compliance
- Act as the main liaison between centres, operations teams, and stakeholders
- Manage feedback, incidents, and operational reporting
- Handle staff onboarding, training, and operational initiatives
Job Requirements
- Strong operational planning and people‑management skills
- Comfortable managing multi‑site teams and stakeholders
- Service‑driven, and adaptable to flexible schedules
- Willing to travel and work weekends/PHs when required
