🧖♀️ Your Role
As a Guest Service Crew member, you’ll be the heart of the Onsen experience — making every guest feel welcomed, relaxed, and well taken care of.
What You'll Do:
- Greet guests with a warm smile and assist them throughout their visit
- Ensure all guests have valid entry tags before entering the Onsen
- Maintain presentation standards: Fold Yukata, Obi, and towels neatly to company standard
- Keep the dressing areas and Onsen counter tidy and well-stocked
- Reset shower areas, wipe floors, and maintain overall cleanliness
- Educate guests on spa etiquette and proper use of facilities
- Monitor guest safety and ensure house rules are followed
- Handle laundry items and track towel inventory
- Support housekeeping and upkeep of service areas
📌 What We’re Looking For
- Full-Time: 5 working days per week (2 rest day scheduled by Management)
- Part-Time: 3–4 working days per week, minimum 6 – 8 hours per shift
- Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Friendly, responsible, and service-oriented
- Eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment
