Salary: $2,500 per month
Occasional Saturday work may be required.
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 08:00 – 05:33 PM
Working Location : Boon Lay, Aircon environment
Company Transport from Multiple Locations in the morning
Company Transport back to Boon Lay / Multiple Locations at 5:33pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with outsourced production teams on daily production and delivery plans to ensure committed pile orders are scheduled and completed on time.
- Coordinate material supplies to outsourced production teams and assist in resolving material shortages from the Production Centre.
- Check outsourced job assignments and prepare supporting documents for Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) for invoicing.
- Assist with printing production tags and preparing drawings, ensuring accuracy and avoiding duplicate printing.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Planning Department.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Prior work experience is preferred but not essential.
- Careful and detail-oriented.
- Able to work efficiently and manage assigned tasks.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Willing to work on Saturdays when required.
