We are representing our client, a leading global engineering and technology company, in hiring for this opportunity!!
Contract: Yearly Renewable/Convertible
Responsibilities
- Monitor sales requirements and delivery targets
- Prepare production schedules and material plans
- Raise purchase requisitions and allocate explosive lots
- Create production orders and update BOMs and routings in SAP
- Maintain SAP Material Master data and work centres
- Monitor production output, material availability and progress
- Maintain production and traceability records
- Administer and support MES
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel
- Highlight production delays and material shortages
- Perform other duties assigned by Management
Requirements
- Higher NITEC or equivalent
- Must have Min 1 year planning assistant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- SAP, MES or production planning knowledge is an advantage
- Able to work independently and manage priorities
- Detail-oriented with good record-keeping skills
