📍Location: Bugis area
📅Contract Period: 1 Year
⏰Working Hours:
- 5 day work week, from 9AM to 6PM
Job scope:
- Plan and coordinate programmes, schedules, logistics, and stakeholder engagement
- Coordinate artist deployments, including travel, accommodation, visas, and administration
- Support programme production, rehearsals, technical requirements, and event operations
- Liaise with partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery
- .Coordinate marketing and publicity materials
- .Support volunteer recruitment, briefing, and deployment
- Manage programme budgets, procurement, and administrative processes
- .Track programme performance, reporting, and post-event evaluation
- Maintain programme documentation, schedules, and operational records
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in relevant fields
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in exhibitions, events or festivals
- Willing to travel and support overseas project deployment when required
- Experience working with artists, performers, vendors, and international partners
- Familiarity with procurement, budgeting, and administrative processes is an advantage
