Job Description:
- Assist patients with registration and scheduling of appointments
- Handling of patient enquiries
- Provide basic financial counselling to patients
- Update patient record in the system
- Assist during treatment/examinations when required
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC/Higher NITEC/ Diploma in any discipline
- Candidate with relevant experience will be greatly considered
- Good communication skills with a service-oriented attitude
- Must be able to commit at least 3 months
