✨ Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook pasta dishes according to established recipes.
- Ensure consistency in food taste, quality, presentation and serving time.
- Prepare and portion ingredients before service (mise en place).
- Monitor ingredient stocks and report shortages promptly.
- Maintain an organised and well-stocked cooking station.
- Keep the kitchen clean, hygienic and safe at all times.
- Maintain food quality and presentation standards during busy periods.
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
🙋 Requirements
- Minimum commitment of 1 year.
- Basic kitchen familiarity is required (e.g. knowing how to cut onions).
- No formal cooking experience required.
- Training will be provided from scratch.
- Willingness to learn and develop cooking skills.
- Responsible, organised and attentive to details.
- Passionate about food and cooking.
- Able to work well in a small team.
🕒 Working Schedule
- 5-day work week
- Closed on Public Holidays
- Lunch Shift: 10:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Break: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Dinner Shift: 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM
