CLINIC ASSISTANT (FULL-TIME)
Location: Woodlands | Conveniently Located Next to MRT Station
We are a friendly, fully computerised GP clinic in Woodlands looking for reliable, responsible and committed Clinic Assistants to join our team.
No prior clinic experience is required. Training will be provided.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with patient registration and daily clinic operations
- Handle computerised patient records and administrative tasks
- Communicate with patients in a polite and friendly manner
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic
- Assist with general clinic duties as required
Requirements
- Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only
- Basic computer skills
- Able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking patients
- Responsible, punctual and willing to learn
- Comfortable performing general cleaning duties
- Able to travel to Woodlands
- Preferably looking for long-term employment
FULL-TIME POSITION
Working Schedule: 5½ days per week
- Monday to Saturday: Morning sessions (8.00 am – 1.00 pm)
- Monday to Friday: Afternoon or evening sessions, depending on roster
- Evening sessions: Approximately 2–3 weekday evenings per week, with the corresponding afternoons off
- Sunday / Public Holidays: Must be available to stand by for morning sessions (8.30 am – 12.00 noon), when required
Clinic Session Hours:
- Morning: 8.00 am – 1.00 pm
- Afternoon: 2.00 pm – 4.30 pm
- Evening: 6.30 pm – 9.00 pm
The clinic is closed during Chinese New Year.
