Team Members at Chick-fil-A Singapore play vital roles in front-of-house or back-of-house, delivering great tasting food, genuine hospitality, fast and accurate service in a clean and safe environment.
Lead the guest-facing operation, service team and shift execution to deliver genuine hospitality, speed, accuracy, cleanliness and strong guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop Front of House Team Members, Trainers and Shift Leaders.
- Create a culture of genuine hospitality and exceptional guest service.
- Ensure excellence in order accuracy, speed of service, cleanliness and guest experience.
- Manage shift deployment, service flow and manpower planning.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.
- Train and develop team members on Chick-fil-A service standards and operational procedures.
- Monitor restaurant appearance, dining area cleanliness and overall guest experience.
- Foster strong collaboration between Front of House and Back of House teams.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and retention of talent.
- Drive continuous improvement and restaurant performance goals.
