Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them with product-related inquiries.
- Handle sales, returns, exchanges, and tax refunds.
- Provide gift wrapping service for purchases.
- Help with gift redemptions and purchase with purchase redemptions.
- Manage lost-and-found items and respond to customer inquiries.
- Training will be provided.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements
- 5 days work week (from Monday to Sunday, depending on the roster)
- Ability to work during weekends and public holidays.
- Working hours 10.45am to 8.30pm
- Working location: Chinatown
