Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting, assisting, and anticipating guest needs in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage spa bookings efficiently to optimize scheduling, therapist utilization, and overall profitability.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of spa treatments, programs, and retail products to confidently promote offerings and drive sales.
- Support revenue generation through upselling, cross-selling, and encouraging repeat bookings and memberships.
- Handle billing, payments, and daily reconciliation accurately in compliance with hotel and finance procedures.
- Ensure smooth communication between guests, therapists, and other hotel departments to coordinate guest preferences and special requests.
- Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the reception area and ensure operational readiness for each shift.
- Monitor and report guest feedback or issues promptly to the Spa Management team for resolution.Uphold grooming, hygiene, and health and safety standards in accordance with hotel and spa policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned in support of spa operations and service excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
- Customer service experience in hospitality or spa preferred.
- Ability to manage appointments and handle POS transactions.
- Familiarity with spa booking software.
- Excellent communication and grooming standards.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
