- Conducted facial treatments and skincare services based on clients’ skin conditions and needs.
- Performed skin analysis and recommended suitable treatments and skincare products.
- Provided professional advice on skincare routines and post-treatment care.
- Maintained high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and treatment-room preparation.
- Built positive client relationships through attentive and personalised service.
- Managed appointment bookings, customer enquiries, and treatment records.
🧾Requirements
- Certificate in Beauty Therapy, Facial Treatment, WSQ, ITE, or equivalent is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of facial treatments and skincare is preferred.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Well-groomed, friendly, and professional in appearance and manner.
- Passionate about the beauty and skincare industry.
- Willing to learn and work in a customer-focused environment.
- Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.
