Location: Eunos OR Raffles Place
Duration: 12 months (Renewable)
Salary: Up to 3.3k/ month (1 month completion bonus)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm
Responsibilities:
1.ā ā Attend to enquiries and requests from phone calls/live chats in a professional, efficient, accurate
and prompt manner
2.ā ā Resolve customersā / financial representativesā complaints and problems at first touchpoint
resolution with good closure
3.ā ā Update complete and accurate information on customer interaction in the Customer Relationship
Management (CRM) system
4.ā ā Ensure effective and timely follow-up as promised to customers / financial representatives
5.ā ā Assess appeals and put up recommendation to Managers/Head/HOD
6.Perform additional or overtime duties during operational exigencies when required
7.Assist with ad-hoc initiatives/projects when delegated by management
Requirements:
- Preferably āAā Levels or Diploma holder with relevant working experience.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess a pleasant and cheerful disposition.
- Meticulous and detailed-oriented.
- High level of integrity and takes accountability of work and good attitude
