š¼ What You'll Be Doing
ā¢ Process applications accurately and efficiently according to established guidelines and procedures
ā¢ Perform daily administrative duties including data entry, filing and documentation
ā¢ Update and maintain records and spreadsheets
ā¢ Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide necessary information
ā¢ Ensure information and records are accurate and up to date
ā¢ Support other ad-hoc administrative duties when required
ā Requirements
ā¢ Able to commit for the full assignment period
ā¢ Prior administrative experience is preferred
ā¢ Proficient in MS Office and other office applications
ā¢ Organised, meticulous and detail-oriented
ā¢ Good time management and ability to prioritise tasks
ā¢ Good communication and interpersonal skills
ā¢ Able to work independently and as part of a team
ā¢ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
