• Collaborate with the accident management team to ensure all protocols are diligently followed.
• Manage and monitor the movements of vehicles from vendors including dealers, workshops and hirers.
• Provide support in sourcing parts from alternative suppliers in the event of shortages and explore more cost-effective options available.
• Coordinate with external workshops in reviewing, negotiating, and approving the quotation to facilitate timely repairs.
• Perform Quality checks on vehicles returned from authorized repair vendors to ensure repairs meet company standards and safety requirements.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of all invoices received from vendors against the relevant cases and update them into the filing system.
• Provide ad-hoc operational support and perform any other duties or projects assigned by reporting manager to meet business and operational requirements.
