Shiok Burger – Kitchen Crew Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble Shiok Burger menu items according to company standards.
- Ensure all ingredients, sauces, buns, patties, and side items are properly stocked and arranged at the workstation.
- Serve food orders promptly and ensure all items meet Shiok Burger’s quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain consistent taste, portioning, and food quality.
- Uphold hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in the kitchen and work areas at all times.
- Operate the POS system and assist with takeaway and delivery orders when required.
- Support daily kitchen operations and work closely with team members during peak hours.
- Maintain good grooming standards and deliver friendly, customer-oriented service.
Requirements
- Willing to learn, with a good attitude and positive mindset.
- At least 1 year of F&B experience preferred (no experience is also welcome to apply).
- Experience in a fast-paced burger or quick-service environment is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask during rush hours.
- Team player who is cooperative, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Valid Food Safety & Hygiene certification (Level 1) is required.
