Looking for a flexible HR role where you can apply your HR operations experience without committing to a full-time position?
📍 Job Details
- $14/hour
- Working Days: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Commitment: Minimum 3 days per week
- Contract: 1-year contract, minimum 6 months
- Transport Provided: Pick-up points at Choa Chu Kang (CCK) and Lakeside
- Schedule will be arranged by the HR Manager on an ad-hoc basis
💼 Your Responsibilities
HR Operations & Payroll
- Assist with work pass applications, renewals and cancellations in accordance with MOM requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support monthly payroll processing, including data entry, verification and reporting.
- Update and maintain employee information using Infotech HRMS, including payroll and leave records.
- Ensure HR processes comply with the Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
Training & HR Administration
- Support employee training and development activities, including sourcing courses, scheduling and coordination.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager on daily HR operations and ad-hoc projects.
- Coordinate the ordering of monthly stationery, pantry supplies and office essentials.
Employee Engagement & Events
- Assist with organising company meetings, events, Coffee Talks and employee engagement activities.
- Provide administrative support for HR-led initiatives and workplace activities.
- Assist the HR team in creating a positive and engaging workplace environment.
