Principle Responsibilities
- Daily Trade Operations monitoring & follow-up of transactions with Business Units or customers in accordance with the agreed service standard
- Perform reconciliation of transactions
- Perform checking of Trade invoices & shipping documents
- Perform data entry for AML/EWSS check
- Perform maker role for collection of fees
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor
- Other operational & administrative functions
Profile/Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good organization skill and task orientated. Ability to organize, prioritize and execute
