💰 Basic Salary:S$2,320 – S$2,900
💵 Additional Allowances:
- $200/month Full-Service Restaurant Allowance (eligible outlets)
- $100/month Location Allowance (selected outlets)
- $500 Retention Bonus (R&F employees only, subject to T&C)
- Monthly Sales Incentives
- Year-End Performance Bonus (Average 1 Month)
⏰ Working Hours:
- 5 Days Work Week
- 44 Hours per Week (R&F)
- Rotating Shifts
- Rostered Off Days
- OT Available
👨🍳 Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and handle Japanese cuisine ingredients.
- Assist with sushi, sashimi and Japanese food preparation.
- Prepare fried food and other kitchen items.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food hygiene standards.
- Assist with daily kitchen operations.
🎯 Job Requirements:
- No prior Japanese cuisine experience required!
- Freshers are welcome.
- On-the-job training provided.
- Passion for learning Japanese cuisine.
- Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
