Job Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient warehouse operations by:
- communicating effectively with all departments on inventory matters.
- scheduling timely delivery of inventory items by suppliers.
- verifying the quantities and quality of delivered items.
- assisting with unloading and unpacking delivered items.
- organising the warehouse to achieve optimum utilisation of space and improved accessibility.
- packing and issuing inventory items accurately.
- conducting regular stock-taking to ensure accuracy of stock levels.
- updating stock movements in the inventory record system.
- adhering to health and safety guidelines to minimise workplace hazards.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.
Job requirements:
- Entry level is welcomed.
- Relevant experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take on physically demanding duties like climbing stairs and carrying heavy parcels.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems effectively.
- Attention to details.
