We are hiring Bakery for our Central Kitchen at 1 Senoko Avenue (Foodaxis)!
Work Days: Monday to Saturday
Work Hours: 7am to 3pm / 8am to 4pm
Experienced in Danish and Puff Pastries
Main Duties
• Assist Supervisor in preparation and baking.
• Follow food production standards and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and food preparation area (ie; wall, floor, workstation, utensils and equipment).
• Ensure routine cleaning of kitchen and food preparation area.
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and quality control procedures.
• Observe HACCP guidelines on food handling and preparation.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.
