What you'll be doing
- Support frontline patient service, registration, appointment coordination and general enquiries
- Assist with patient triaging, queue management and directing patients to the appropriate service points
- Provide administrative support including data entry, documentation, records and basic reporting
- Handle telephone and counter enquiries professionally, providing clear information to patients and caregivers
- Work closely with nurses, clinic teams and other healthcare staff to facilitate smooth patient flow
- Support daily operations and assist with service-related tasks during peak periods
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality and a high standard of patient service at all times
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned
What we're looking for
- Prior experience in healthcare, customer service, administration, hospitality or frontline service is advantageous
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable interacting with patients and caregivers
- Able to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Responsible, adaptable and service-oriented
