- ACID BAR PTE. LTD. has been operating for 16 years at Emerald Hill, Orchard Road. It offers two seating areas: alfresco for people-watching and an intimate indoor space with live music ambiance.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Taking beverage orders and serving them to guests on a timely manner
- Establish rapport with guests to build loyal and satisfied customers
- Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and any special offers
- Pick-up food orders from kitchen and communicate to the chef regarding any special preferences or allergy
- Accurately process and collect payments from guests
- Clear tables and prepare for service for the next guests
- Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas
- Always take responsibility for ensuring a positive guest experience
- Comfortable working in a non-Halal environment
- Perform any other assigned reasonable duties and responsibilities as requested by Supervisors or Managers
Required competencies and certifications
- Past server experience to perform customer service tasks
- Ability to work on a shift basis, 5 days per week, to meet operational needs
- Foods Safety & Hygiene certificate (if applicable)
