The Role:

  • Assist in developing and implementing SOPs and new products launches
  • Ensure staffs are in compliance with Food Hygiene, Liquor regulations and Work Safety guidelines
  • Conduct site visits to audit food preparation procedures and perform quality checks
  • Support theatre F&B operation and execute marketing promotions

· Conduct classroom and on-site training sessions

  • Coordinate logistic requirement and execution of corporate events and bookings
  • Perform any other duties assigned
