Job Description:

✅ Prepare and cook Chinese dishes according to recipes and standards.
✅ Maintain food quality, taste, and portion control.
✅ Prepare ingredients, manage stock, and keep the kitchen clean.
✅ Follow SFA food safety and hygiene standards.
✅ Work with the kitchen team during busy periods.
✅ Assist with menu planning and food cost control.
✅ Train and guide junior kitchen staff.

Job Requirements:

✅ At least 5 years’ experience as a Chinese Cuisine Chef at a Hotel or Restaurant.
✅ Skilled in Chinese Cooking techniques including wok cooking, steaming, boiling, braising, and sauce preparation.
✅ WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 / Food Hygiene Certificate required.
✅ Knowledge of food costing and inventory management.
✅ Able to work in a fast paced environment, including weekends and public holidays.
✅ Good teamwork, stamina, and attention to quality.
