Casa Vostra is looking for a Pizza & Pasta Chef to join our kitchen team! If you love Italian food and take pride in making pizza and pasta from scratch, we'd love to have you on board.
What you'll be doing:
- Prepare and cook pizzas and pasta dishes according to our recipes and standards
- Handle dough-making, sauces, and fresh pasta preparation
- Operate pizza ovens and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times
- Manage stock and ingredients for your station, minimising wastage
- Work closely with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
What we're looking for:
- Prior experience in Italian cuisine, pizza-making, or pasta preparation preferred
- Passion for cooking and willingness to learn
- Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- No formal qualifications required — we value skill and passion over paper
