Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via calls or emails related to import shipments.

Coordinate with overseas branches and local teams to ensure timely delivery.

Check and verify shipping documents before sending to customers.

Monitor and ensure accuracy of billing before submission.

Other adhoc duties

Requirements:
✔️ Only Singaporean may apply
✔️Min 2 years’ experience in the supply chain industry
