📝 Job Description:
- 🤝 Coordinate with customers, warehouse teams and external partners to support daily operations
- 🎯 Ensure service standards and operational targets are met
- 📦 Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records for audit purposes
- 🔍 Investigate and resolve stock variances promptly
- 🚚 Support shipment bookings and transport arrangements
- 🧾 Handle end-to-end order processing
- 📊 Prepare and consolidate monthly performance reports
- ⏰ Ensure timely submission of reports by the team
- 🔄 Maintain inventory accuracy across internal systems and customer platforms
✅ Requirements:
- 🎓 Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration or related field preferred
- 💻 Familiar with Microsoft Office and operational systems
- 😊 Customer-oriented with good communication skills
- ⏱ Able to support additional working hours when required
