Location: Near Telok Ayer / Chinatown MRT (far east square)

Have both AM and PM shift, but must be able to accept PM shift (Claim transport home)

Sat & Eve of PH: 6pm to 4am

Sun to Fri & PH: 5pm to 3am

AM Shift: 10am to 8pm (must accept PM shift too)

6 days work week (1hour break)

Job Description (JD)

Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter orders into the POS system.
Serve food and beverages according to the restaurant's service standards.
Provide customers with menu information and assist with recommendations when required.
Set up and clear tables, and ensure the dining area is clean and properly maintained.
Respond promptly to customer requests and provide good customer service.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth and timely service.
Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
Follow company service procedures, hygiene standards, and food safety requirements.
Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Job Requirements (JR)

Prior experience in F&B or customer service will be an advantage; candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
Possess a valid Food Safety Course Level 1 certificate, or be willing to obtain one if required.
Friendly, service-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
