Responsibilities
- Develop, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes for PCBA and semiconductor-related products.
- Support NPI, prototype builds, process validation, and production ramp-up.
- Troubleshoot process and production issues and conduct root cause analysis.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance yield, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and R&D teams to resolve technical issues.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and engineering reports.
- Support equipment setup, process qualification, and implementation of new technologies.
- Monitor process performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline.
- Experience in PCBA, semiconductor, electronics, or precision manufacturing is preferred.
- Familiar with manufacturing processes, process validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Experience with NPI, yield improvement, or continuous improvement projects is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
