Join the opening team of a new 300-pax flagship restaurant and entertainment venue at Far East Square, expected to open in early October 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily FOH and restaurant operations
  • Lead, train and manage the service team
  • Maintain service standards and guest experience
  • Coordinate closely with the Head Chef
  • Drive sales, revenue and upselling
  • Manage P&L, costs and inventory
  • Plan staff schedules and manpower
  • Handle customer feedback and service recovery
  • Ensure compliance with F&B safety and licensing requirements
  • Support pre-opening preparation and training
  • Attend training in Shenzhen, China, if required

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
  • High-volume restaurant experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and hands-on operational skills
  • Knowledge of P&L, cost control and inventory
  • Familiar with Singapore F&B regulations
  • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Able to commence at least 2 weeks before opening
