About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented Management Trainees - Service to develop into a future leader within our Japanese Fine Dining team.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and support daily front-of-house restaurant operations.
- Provide professional and attentive service to guests.
- Learn Japanese fine dining service standards and procedures.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene and workplace safety standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Take on increasing responsibilities as part of the management development programme.
Requirements
- Experience in Fine Dining is preferred.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant hospitality experience are welcome.
- Strong interest in restaurant operations and hospitality management.
- Positive attitude with good leadership potential.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Organised, responsible and willing to learn.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
