Tea Barista/ Supervisor (P1)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Tea Barista (Supervisor) to oversee daily operations, lead the frontline team, and support the founders in improving business performance, service standards, and product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily cafe operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints
- Work closely with cafe owners on operations, products, and marketing initiatives
- Ensure food and beverages are prepared and served according to quality and safety standards
- Lead and motivate the team to maintain a welcoming customer experience
- Manage inventory and supplies to support uninterrupted operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Ensure compliance with relevant food safety and operational requirements
Requirements
- Minimum Food Safety Course Level 1 certification
- Relevant cafe/F&B operational certifications as required
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a cafe environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Responsible, hands-on, and able to manage daily operations independently
