Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sous Chef / Chef De Partie / Commis Chef / Kitchen Assistant to join our dynamic culinary team in Singapore. Job Description:
• Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and quality control
• Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
• Contribute to menu development, incorporating diverse culinary influences and local ingredients
