Recruitment Consultant (Perm or Contract)/Taiseng
Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Match suitable candidates to clients’ hiring requirements
- Manage temporary, contract and permanent placements
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
- Provide administrative support throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, proactive and willing to learn
- Comfortable working with targets in a fast-paced environment
- No recruitment experience required—training will be provided
