We're looking for friendly, energetic Service Crew / Waiters to join our floor team and help deliver that same warmth to every guest who walks through our doors.
What You'll Do
- Greet and seat guests warmly, creating a genuine "welcome home" first impression
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and confidently recommend dishes, wine pairings, and daily specials
- Deliver attentive table service from seating through to bill settlement
- Operate the POS system for order entry, billing, and payment collection
- Set up and clear tables, ensuring the dining area is always clean, tidy, and guest-ready
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth, timely service
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and minor issues promptly, escalating where needed
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming, and food safety at all times
- Support opening/closing duties and other ad-hoc restaurant operations as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in F&B service is a plus, but not required — we welcome enthusiastic first-timers
- A warm, guest-first attitude and a genuine love for hospitality
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay composed during peak hours
- Team player with good communication skills
- Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Basic spoken English required
