Job Summary
Join our physiotherapy clinic as a Part-Time Clinic Assistant to support patient care through registration, scheduling, enquiries, clinic upkeep, and assisting physiotherapists with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with registration and schedule appointments to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Respond to phone and WhatsApp enquiries promptly to provide accurate information and support
- Maintain cleanliness and organise the clinic environment to promote a safe and welcoming space
- Prepare treatment areas and set up simple equipment to support physiotherapy sessions
- Perform basic administrative tasks to assist physiotherapists and support clinic workflow
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrate a friendly, polite, and patient-oriented attitude to enhance patient experience
- Show responsibility and punctuality to maintain reliable clinic support
- Communicate effectively with local clients to facilitate clear interactions
- Use basic computer skills to manage WhatsApp and simple administrative duties
- No prior experience required; willingness to learn and adapt is valued

Working Hours:
- Part-time (Monday and Friday evenings; Saturday morning)
