Sales Engineer | Manufacturing | Metal | East | 5 Days -NY7
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive customer retention and repeat business.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries and requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure requirements are fulfilled.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback and market insights to identify business opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance and maintain accurate sales forecasts and follow-up activities.
- Work closely with Operations and other internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and service delivery.
- Travel across Asia for customer meetings and business development activities when required.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of B2B Sales, Business Development or Account Management experience.
- Experience in the metal stamping industry is preferred.
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings for customer discussions and technical requirements.
- Engineering qualification is not mandatory.
- Good communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
- Comfortable working within a technical/manufacturing environment.
- Willing to travel overseas across Asia when required.
