We are looking for a high-performing salesperson to join our team, and we will reward you for your hard work and results.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound telemarketing calls using leads provided by business partners.
- Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Ensure all calls comply with regulatory requirements, company policies and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of outbound call centre, telesales or telemarketing experience.
- Experience in banking, insurance or the financial services industry is preferred.
- BCP, PGI & HI certifications required (Candidates from other industries may take the certifications before joining)
