- Reply to all emails sent by prospective patients to the company’s general enquiry email addresses in a professional, courteous and timely manner.
- Call or text message prospective patients where a phone number has been provided to make appointments and follow up with an email.
- Handle live chat by replying to messages posted live on website by prospective patients.
- Advise estimated treatment cost and briefly describe procedure.
- Send emails to live chat contactees who were not replied to eg because (out of office hours).
- Follow-up on patient leads from other online sources.
- Follow-up with cancelled appointments to reschedule appointments.
- Follow-up on leads on a daily basis.
- Handle Facebook and Instagram: post comments and reply to messages.
- Call patients that had called the Night Dental hotline the previous night to check that their appointment has been made.
- Call patients the day after their surgery to see how they are doing.
- Handle incoming calls that spill over when a clinic has missed them by greeting and re-directing caller appropriately.
- Any other related duties as and when assigned
